Square One Homes is currently seeking new land and site opportunities to develop innovative new homes for the first-time buyer.

We would prefer land to be between 0.2 – 0.3 acres,
though sites up to 0.5 acres may also be considered.

We can develop under-used or left over land from a previous development project. Former public houses, garages, derelict brown field land including spare or redundant car parking would also be considered.

We are committed to offering great amenities to residents, so land close to main roads and generally situated in residential areas are of particular interest.

The site requires the scope to be developed for a two or three-storey property development.

Fees will be paid for recognised site introductions that lead to their acquisition by Square One Homes
